The book for the first time in domestic literature presents the study of the process of formation and development of the consular service institute in Ukraine, the origins of which go far beyond the hundred-year history of Ukrainian diplomacy.
The value and significance of this publication is that on the basis of study of historical experience, systematic understanding of trends in the development of the consular service is presented, taking into account that the new European model of the consular service of Ukraine is embodied.
