The book covers the key issues of international investment law and arbitration.
The genesis and the sources of international investment law are reviewed, also the provisions of international agreements on the promotion and reciprocal protection of investments are examined, including the definition of the concepts “investor”, “investment”, established investment regimes and recent trends of such agreements in the world.
Particular attention is paid to investment arbitration practice, primarily Ukraine, as a party of Investment Disputes.
